PING G15 Driver

 

Engineered for golfers seeking a maximum forgiveness driver, the Ping G15 Driver is for them to deliver distance and accuracy. The PING G15 should suit golfers who want PING’s most forgiving driver to date, like a large head, but traditional shape, and were fans of previous PING G models. The new PING-designed TFC149D high balance point shaft allows for a five gram increase in head mass which results in higher ball speeds and an increased moment of inertia.

The G15 driver is engineered for golfers seeking
a maximum forgiveness driver that delivers distance and accuracy. Its 460cc titanium head is longer front to back and features PING’s patented ultra thin crown technology. Weight savings from the thin crown are positioned as an external sole weight to optimize the center of gravity for higher trajectories and reduced spin.

 

A larger face is designed to increase
ball speed and provide consistency across the entire hitting surface. The new PING-designed TFC 149D high balance point shaft allows for a five gram increase in head mass (without increasing swingweight or overall weight) which results in higher ball speeds and an increased moment of inertia

 

Featuring an elongated head-shape from front to back, the Ping G15 driver has a 15% increased MOI which gives the golfer more forgiveness when he doesn’t quite nail it out of the middle.The Ping G15 driver comes in a 9, 10.5, 12 and 13.5 degree loft options but we’ve got the full story in issue 260 of TG, on sale on August 13.

  This driver is long both off the center of the face and anyother parts of the face. The sound is very solid with a pleasing feedback. I went from a stiff to a Regular and found that I could get more height on my drives along with alot of roll.

  The G15 is different. Rather than screaming technological superiority at the world with its "interesting" designs, the G15 driver incorporates its technological advances in a much more subtle design.

  I bought this g15 driver and first hit i was already hitting 15 yards further then my old driver! it sounds and feels beautiful. massive sweet spot and great ball flight. Buy this... i can see why Bubba uses one of these bad boys

  I can hit ping g15 driver 275 - 300 yards. I play off a 15 handicap and have never had another player hit the ball fu ...
